Financing Your Garage Project

FINANCING

A new garage is one of the larger projects a homeowner takes on, and very few people write a check for the whole thing. Financing options are available for qualified homeowners, and we would rather talk about them early — while the scope is still being shaped — than after you have already decided the project is out of reach.

Every build starts with a detailed estimate: the scope of work, the materials, the permit costs, and the timeline, all written down. That number is what you take into any financing conversation. It is hard to plan around a range, and we do not ask you to.

Financing works the same way for a straightforward single-car build as it does for a three-car garage with a finished shop bay. What changes is the size of the project, not the process. If you want to know what is realistic before committing to anything, that conversation costs nothing.

HOW IT WORKS

Four Steps From Estimate to Build

No paperwork before there is something to finance. The estimate comes first, always.

Free On-Site Estimate

We measure the lot, go through the scope with you, and put a written price in your hands. Nothing to sign.

Review the Options

We walk you through the financing programs available for a project your size and what each one involves.

Apply For Financing

The application goes directly to the lender. We are not part of the credit decision and never see your financial details.

Schedule the Build

Once financing is in place, we set the permit filing and lock in a start date for your garage.

What Financing Can Be Used For

WHAT'S COVERED

Financing applies to the whole project, not just the shell. Demolition of the old structure, the concrete work, the framing and roofing, the overhead door, and the electrical are all part of one scope and one price.

That matters more than it sounds. A garage quoted in pieces by three different trades tends to grow once work starts. One contract, one written scope, one number — that is what you finance, and that is what you pay.

Complete Builds

Demolition, concrete, framing, roofing, siding, door, and electric on a single contract.
