We build detached garages across the city and out through the collar counties — Cook, DuPage, Lake, Will, Kane, and McHenry. That covers a lot of very different properties: 25-foot alley lots on the Northwest Side, corner lots in Berwyn, and half-acre parcels out past Barrington.
Each of those comes with its own rules. The City of Chicago handles permits one way; every village handles them another, with its own setbacks, height limits, and inspection schedule. Knowing which counter to walk into is half of getting a garage built on time, and it is the part homeowners underestimate most.
